We have shared this recipe before but now we have a video! Audrey had so much fun making the last one she wanted to make a new one. I believe Mo will be appearing in the next one because she was sad not to camo in this one (she made a bad choice.)
Pardon the simple movie, I decided to just get it up and not bother with editing. Also, pardon the weird pause in the middle. I did not notice that until later.
Peanut Butter Pasta
- 1 cup dry pasta
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce or Braggs Aminos
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey or agave
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Cook pasta according to package directions. Combine all other ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss with cooked pasta.
This recipe is so good even dads who make excuses not to eat dinner with the family will enjoy. You must first shame them into staying for dinner. I recommend using the children for this task.
This is a simple main dish that can be paired with so many items to make a yummy, healthy meal. We think peas are a must and then usually add a nice salad. This evening we had a lot of melon which was consumed completely along with all of the pasta during the meal. Since I had planned on Audrey's daddy eating at work we did not have enough for him. This makes about 2 servings, one of which the girls usually split.
