These days are still busy but we are starting to eat more at home. Today we threw a whole frozen chicken in the slow cooker to turn into a yummy meal when we return home. There is nothing like returning home to smell an amazing dinner and realize you do not have to do any more work to feed your family a healthy meal.
We used a whole chicken, all of the garlic in the fridge, and some seasoning. I also tossed in a few mushrooms that were about to go bad. Mo was my helper.

- Place minced garlic in slow cooker
- Add seasoning and spices
- Throw chopped mushrooms on top
- Turn on slow cooker
- Place chicken in slow cooker
- Mince garlic
- Chop mushrooms
This is a simple main dish that is easy to pair with instant brown rice, frozen peas and corn, and some mandarin oranges oranges from the pantry. Healthy and quick.
