What's For Lunch Wednesday, More Lunchables!

The lunchable idea went over so well with the girls they asked for it again! I cut the cheese and meat and stacked them on crackers. Audrey then placed the stacks into a Lock 'n Lock container for a fun meal on the run. Most of our packed meals recently have been for on the go meals as it has been a little cold for picnics. Audrey takes ballet, music and karate and Maurene music and toddler movement (we call it ballet for her). All of these activities keep us on the go. What I have learned saves us from stopping for convenience foods is a packed snack or lunch.

Carefully loading the containers.

Finished product.

If you look carefully you can see that one of the cheese pieces has a tiny bit missing from Maurene not having enough patience to wait for lunch. If you follow us regularly you know that Maurene cannot help herself around cheese.

The girls packed crackers with cheddar and ham rounds, dried apricots and cantaloupe. I was more than a little desirous of this lunch and plan to pack one exactly like it for myself next time.

We submitted this lunch to What's For Lunch Wednesday at Check out all of the other fabulous lunches.
