Our Muffin Tin Monday meals have been less planned these last few weeks because of holiday travels, changes in schedule, and more responsibility. I am lucky if I remember before the girls chime in about Muffin Tin Monday. So glad they remember.
Here is a tin with pomegranate seeds, canned fruit, carrots and ranch dressing, pretzels, cantaloupe, and leftover Fauxfredo. The girls love Fauxfredo so much I made extra so we could have some for lunches.
I only ended up with the one photo of the girls helping. It was one of those days.
