Homemade Granola

Continuing on our pledge to eat healthier the girls helped me make Homemade Granola. The last time we made our own it did not last long at all. I was tempted to make a double batch but we did not have enough honey. This time we used sunflower seeds instead of nuts and added raisins in place of coconut. I did not grease the pan well and it stuck to the bottom a bit; use a lot of grease. Be sure when you make yours that you either put it up high to cool or keep a close eye on your helpers. Audrey sat at the counter and ate granola from the pan as it cooled. They also packed it in their lunches.
