Muffin Tin Monday, Colorful

Audrey again asked for a rainbow lunch. This kid kills me. She is a toddler yet so funny, sweet, sassy, corny, grown-up, and childish all at the same time. Some days she still wants nothing more than yogurt and granola. Other days she would like a complete rainbow with dressing for her celery. Maurene tries to mimic her but then decides she does not need to try celery. And, for Maurene, carrots are still a dip to mouth vehicle. By the way, the celery and orange carrots come from our CSA, Mellowfield Farms. If you are local you should check them out on Thursdays at  Cottin's Market and Saturdays Downtown.

Making selections

Blueberries, yellow and orange carrots, nectarine, strawberries, banana, celery, dip
The girls are again wearing their beautiful Tea dresses. Check out the new collection online or stop by Blue Dandelion during the Sidewalk Sale for deals on the Spring Collection.

We offer our Week in Review for Muffin Tin Monday (one short because we were not able to get permission to post):

Casa Camacho
Not only patriotic but healthy! Love this lunch. There are a lot of fun things to do on this site. Enjoy!

The Chaos and the Clutter
Again, healthy and yet patriotic. Are you recognizing a theme? And this mom encouraged her seven (yes!) children to PLAY with their food. Check out the post for more.

A Bit of This and A Bit of That

A Bit of This and A Bit of That
Healthy and unique! While you are checking out this meal click over for the dessert recipe. I am going to try it as soon as I get the English to American translation (yes, I am a dork!)

The Iowa Farmer's Wife

The Iowa Farmer's Wife
How simple and yet so creative. I love the visual appeal, and it is healthy! While you are checking out this meal wander around a bit and peruse the fun post and beautiful pictures. Go ahead, take some time there.

These are my picks for last week. Head over to the Muffin Tin Monday site to check out the posts for this week.
