No Fools Around Here

We were so busy with music class, play dates, and errands that we did not get to have our favorite Fool's treat! Audrey learned how to make a faux over-easy egg this summer and it is wonderful! She likes to make it for breakfast in the mornings because it is made out of a waffle, plain yogurt and an apricot or peach half. It is yummy anytime but we enjoy it best during the hot Kansas summers. Next time you want to play a funny trick on your little one you can serve Sunny Side Up Waffles. Then everyone can enjoy the scrumptious breakfast.

Placing the yogurt on top.

Peach on top!

This is a fun meal anytime of year. If you make homemade waffles you freeze them to use for this recipe anytime.

  2. Hi Kris! I love your header picture of Audrey! The waffle is a neat idea too, if you can get past the yogurt. LOL! Not a yogurt fan here! I come to you from Redhead Riter's BF community and am now following you.
