March 12 Fish Wants More Cheese

If I let the girls, they will live on cheese. It is one of the few words Mo can say really well. When making a sandwich I will often get a tug and a plea for 'cheese!' There are no times in which the girls simply put all of the cheese in the dish we were fixing. Even if I convince them to toss it all in one will somehow sneak a little piece out to nosh while I am otherwise engaged. So when I came across the recipe for cheese goldfish on the smitten kitchen website I knew instantly that we would make them. The impulse purchase of the little goldfish cookie cutter is blamed on that post.

Check out the recipe on smitten kitchen; we followed it exactly.
