January 11 Fruit on a Stick

This is an activity for older toddlers with a little better fine motor control. Audrey loves to eat her fruit on a stick. It is a great way to serve food to get children interested. We occasionally use this same technique to make salad more enticing. Audrey uses bamboo skewers but you could also use grill sticks. Have your child place 4 or 5 pieces on each stick. These are also great for picnics and outdoor dinners.
