December 26 Whole Wheat Zucchini Yeast Bread
No, wait! It is made in the food processor and easy enough for little helpers to assist. Have no fear of the yeast recipe and baking with children. I like to make homemade breads and add healthy ingredients because my children love bread. If you have trouble getting anything green in your picky eaters I suggest adding zucchini to your next recipe. It goes well in muffins, breads, sauces, and even roasts. It practically melts away when chopped small in a food processor and so you do not even have to explain what the mystery ingredients is.
