August 23 Tiny Grape Upside Down Muffins

My girls like fruit. It is the only saving grace for otherwise picky eaters. Grapes are easy to serve and eat so we almost always have them around. When I purchase too many or we do not get to a bunch quick enough Audrey and I make muffins out of them. Tiny Grape Upside Down Muffins is a great recipe to use up almost bad grapes. If you use purple ones your muffins will turn a little purple. We typically have green grapes but now that we are trying to eat colorfully purple grapes are a great way to complete our rainbows. I found this recipe in Everyday With Rachel Ray, a magazine we love so much we got a subscription. There are cooking with children recipes in every edition.
