Cottage Cheese Rolls
- 1 cup of butter or margarine
- 12 oz small curd cottage cheese
- 2 cups flour
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 4 hours. Divide into 3 balls. Roll out each ball into 12 to 15-inch circle. Cut 12 wedges as for a pie and roll up, starting with the widest part. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake until lightly browned, approximately 30 minutes.
