Muffin Tin Monday August 30
We are still not on theme but we are working hard on rainbows so I thought it alright. Audrey and her sister accompanied me to the grocery store to pick out rainbows for lunch and dinner. I am going to try to offer as many colors as possible at every meal in hopes they will start to try and consume more. Here is their rainbow lunch:

Oh I love the rainbow idea! What a fun way to encourage kids to eat a variety of foods! We used to make flags of different countries with food when I was a kid, but rainbows have a lot more variety in choices!
