Tip of the Day June 29

An Oven Baked Omelet is good for any meal. We typically have it for dinner but have been known to make one for a late breakfast. As anyone who follows us knows, Audrey loves to crack eggs so I have her help me cook any time eggs are involved. She is also developing a love for the egg beater. If you have a little one with little kitchen experience, I recommend an egg beater. It mixes so much easier than a whisk and is fun to play with. It is also easy to demonstrate. Just be sure to stand by to keep the whisk in the bowl. I speak from experience.
