Chocolate Shakes

Another ice cream related meal chez Audrey. We made chocolate shakes for breakfast. Before you start shaking your head read the ingredients. And then try one. They are good and fairly healthy.

Chocolate Shakes
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
Place in the blender and  mix until smooth.

Audrey's Tasks:
  1. Help measure and add ingredients
  2. Turn on the blender
Mom's Tasks:
  1. Gather ingredients
  2. Help measure and add ingredients

Yum! You can use low-fat dairy products to make this even healthier. I used whole-fat for the babies but then ended up drinking a little myself. Boy was it good.
