Audrey and I made pizza pockets for her lunches this week. We used the Food Processor Pizza Dough recipe and some leftover ingredients from the past week. I had to try one to see if they were any good and I admit to eating more than one. We made a few with a heart shaped pie mold but the rest were free form hand pies. The only real tip I will pass on is to vent them. I did not and ours leaked out the sides. This recipe is too easy not to try. Please let me know how yours turns out.
