Tip of the Day July 11

Quesadillas combine nutritious and delicious to make a wonderful meal. Audrey likes to help shred the cheese and add it, slowly, to the tortilla. I also offer a variety of complimentary vegetables and sometimes she will add corn, black beans, or green peppers in small amounts. Our main focus in preparing meals is to find foods Audrey likes that are also healthy. Some days the girls end up eating boxed mac 'n cheese. With this recipe you can feel better about a feeding them food they like.
