Who eats all the stuff you make? I love to cook too but can only make a few recipes a week or I wind up throwing 1/2 of everything away! Maybe I should only make 1/2 recipes....

There are two easy solutions, Karen, we use both. We do make half batches of a lot of things so I will not be tempted to eat too much. And for other things we keep out what we will eat that week and freeze the rest. This works well on breads and desserts. I am basically cooking for two right now because Audrey eats so little and Maurene is still on pureed food.
