For St. Paddy's Day Audrey and I wanted to make something green. In an effort to get her to eat healthy I thought it would be good to make something natural as opposed to just dying a batch of cupcakes or cookies. While brainstorming with a friend (thanks george!) I came up with the idea to make guacamole and bill it as dip for her chips. I still failed at getting her to eat green, but she had fun nonetheless.
Mix in sour cream, mix, and lemon juice
I will not give up. We are going to start cooking with different ingredients until I find some healthy items Audrey enjoys other than grapes, apples, and strawberries. Quesadillas are next on the list, with avocados.
