Audrey's mom found an inexpensive food processor to assist in cooking with Audrey. They tested it by shredding the cheese for Friday night's pizza. It was a success. Her mom found the processor at the local Dillon's (Kroger) grocery store but if you do not have one close by there is a link to purchase it from Amazon.com on the left. They plan to use the processor to chop vegetables, shred cheese, and maybe even make pizza dough. It comes with chop, shred, slice, and dough disks. The 10-cup capacity means it is large enough to make a pizza crust in. Audrey is very happy with the purchase.
